How to Reset Gmail Settings to Default?

Gmail is among the most sought-after email programs for professional and personal use. This email service is free to use and provides a lot of brilliant features to offer a seamless experience in sending emails and managing them. Users can also make changes in its settings to make it more manageable as per their convince.
However, some users might need to change it to the default settings due to various reasons. Some of the common reason for that could be- security settings reversion, unwanted changes in email appearance, disrupted email notifications, issues with third-party app integration, loss of custom shortcuts, etc.
Below are some solutions you can try to quickly reset the Gmail account to default and use it.
. For the first step, log into your Gmail account using a web browser.
. After that, go to the Settings icon on the top right side of the screen.
. Now, you are required to head to the Quick Settings panel and then select Default in the Density section.
. In the Theme field, select the Default option, which is the first one.
. In addition, select Default for the Inbox Type option.
. Next, select the No Split for Reading Pane.
. Once that’s done, move forward and choose the See All Settings option.
. Further, in the Language section, ensure that you have selected the English (US) option.
. Plus, make sure that the Enable Input Tools checkbox is selected and then click on the Right-to-left Editing Support Off radio button.
. Now, in the General tab, check all other settings options and display any changes you have made.
. Head to the Inbox tab and set the Inbox Type to Default.
. In addition, deselect Promotions and select the Save Changes button.
. You need to click on the Settings icon again and choose See All Settings.
. Move ahead and check all other settings and remove the changes made previously.
. Finally, your Gmail program reset process will be complete.
