Ample reasons can cause your Outlook data to be unable to be accessed. Some of the top reasons for that could be account settings, a disabled account, wrong login credentials, and many others. If you are also getting the same problem, then take a look at the guide and understand the full process to fix the issue.

. From your control panel window, go to View by, then choose Small icons.

. Then, from the options, select Mail (Microsoft Outlook).

. Next, click on the Show Profiles.

. Choose the Properties button.

. Select the Data Files button.

. Save the location of the Outlook data file.

. Now, head to the control panel and click on Mail.

. Then, you should choose Show Profiles.

. Click on the Add button.

. Select a profile name to create a new profile, then click OK.

. Then, you need to choose the manual setup or additional server types option and click on the Next button.

. Click on your account type and click on Next.

. Enter all your email account info.

. For the Deliver new messages to section, click Existing Outlook Data File and click on the Browse button.

. After that, look for the location of the Outlook data file you saved earlier, then click OK.

. Then, you should choose the Next option.

. Now, wait for the program to test the account setting you have provided.
