Solution 1: Renaming the Rule
Launch your Outlook, then click on File.
Select the Manage Rules and Alerts.
Choose the “Sent only to me” option, then click on the Change Rule button.
Now you are required to choose the Rename Rule option.
Click on a new name to the rule.
Select Apply, then click OK.
Solution 2: Deleting the Old Rules
Open your Outlook, then click on File.
Select the Manage Rules and Alerts.
Now, choose all the rules you want to need.
Next, click on the Delete button above, then select Yes to delete.
Solution 3: Enable Cached Exchange Mode
First you need to launch your Outlook and Click on File.
Select the Account Settings, then go to Account Settings.
Choose your Outlook email, then click on Change.
Go to the More Settings option.
After that, the Advanced tab and select Use Cached Exchange Mode.
Select Apply, then press OK.
Now, you need to select Next option.
At the last step choose the Finish option.
Solution 4: Rename the SRS file in Outlook
In the beginning you need to open your Outlook program and then go to the File option.
On your keyboard press the Alt + Ctrl + S keys to open the Send/Receive Groups window.
Then, you need to choose the Rename option.
Now you need to specify the Send/Receive Group name and click OK.
Head out of the tab by clicking on Close.
