Adding a footer to your email can make it professional and help you leave a lasting impression. It helps in including the name, title, contact details, signature, and the company’s logo, website link, etc. It could be a great way to create your brand and business identity and help people recognize your emails easily. Follow the given guidelines to add footers in your Outlook email.
Go to your Outlook email and select the “New Email” option.
Then, click on the Signature icon and choose Signature.
After that, you need to select the Next button.
You should give your signature a name and choose the OK button.
Type your footer content in the Edit Signature field.
Now, choose the Save button.
Select your signature from the “New Messages” dropdown to set it as default.
After that, click on the Save button.
Finally, the footer to your email will be added.
