How to Add BT Email to Outlook 365?

Life would be so much stress-free if you had all your emails in one place. That could be possible! If you use Outlook 365 for your everyday communication, and also log into BT emails to check other messages, you can now add BT email to Outlook. The process of adding BT email to Outlook is quite simple; simply follow a few steps. 

First, open Outlook and go to the File tab. After that, click on the Account Settings drop-down menu, and then select Account Settings. Next, click on New in the Account Settings, and then fill in your BT email address. 

Click on Advanced Options. Tick the box next to Let me set up my account manually, and click Connect. After that, you now have to select IMAP and type mail.btinternet.com in the Incoming Mail server field. Set the Port to 993, and select SSL/TLS from Encryption Method—type in mail.btinternet.com in the Outgoing Mail server field. Select SSL/TLS in the Encryption Method drop-down and set the Port to 465. Click Next and enter your BT mail password. After that, click on the Connect button, and as you see the Account Successfully Added screen, click Done. 

When adding BT Email to Outlook 365, make sure that you enable the option to allow third-party apps, enter your full email address, and do not skip Outlook Updates.
