How to Add a Bluehost Email to Gmail?

Adding a Bluehost email to Gmail looks very easy. But you must check your login credentials and that you have enough space in your mailbox. Here are the steps to follow:

  • Open Gmail. Click on the Settings icon (to the right of the question mark).

  • Click on the “See all settings” option.

  • Go to the Accounts and Import tab.

  • Click “Add a mail account” next to the “Check mail from other accounts” section.

  • A Gmail pop-up named “Add a mail account” will appear.

  • Enter the Bluehost email address you want to add, then click Next.

  • Select the radio button next to Import emails from my other account (POP3).

  • Click “Next.”

  • Enter the Bluehost email address again in the Username field.

  • Fill in your account password.

  • Enter “mail.(your domain name)” in the POP server field.

  • Choose “995” for the Port. Check the “SSL” and “label incoming messages” option.

  • Click on Add Account. Once you’ve added the email, click on the radio button next to “Yes, I want to be able to send mail as.”

  • Click on the Next button.

  • Enter a name, and click on the “Next Step” button.

  • The “Send mail through your SMTP server” window will appear.

  • Enter the same information in the Username and password field as before.

  • In the SMTP server field, enter “mail.(your domain name).”

  • Select “465” for the Port.

  • Select the “Secured connection using SSL” option.

  • Click on Add Account.

  • A confirmation code or link will be sent to you by Gmail. Open your Gmail and check the verification email.

  • Click the confirmation link.

  • Once redirected to the confirmation page, click Confirm.

  • Return to Settings. Click See all settings to confirm the email as the default.

  • Open the Accounts and Import tab.

  • Click the make default next to the email address you’ve added.
