Unable to Log In to My Btinternet Account

BTinternet is an excellent email service provider. It comes with a plethora of features that help manage emails in one place and send/receive emails without any hassle. In addition, it is known for offering a secure browsing experience. Users can face numerous problems with the account login when there are some technical issues. The following are the solutions you can try if you are facing an account login issue with BT mail. 

Change BT Account Password

 . First, open your web browser and go to the official BT website. 

 . Now, from the official website page, select the BT mail option. 

 . And then click on Log in. 

 . Then select the Forgotten login details. 

 . Type your BT ID username or email address.

 . After that, click on the Next option. 

 . Now, you will receive the recovery code on your mobile number or via email; type the correct code into the box and then select Verify. 

 . Once you are logged into your account, move to Settings. 

 . Next, you need to scroll to the Your BT ID details and select the Edit password option. 

 . Type your current password and then enter the new password to change. 

 . Once your password has been successfully updated, a confirmation screen will display on the screen. 

Delete Cookies and Cache

 . On your BT mail account home page, click on the three dots on the top right side of the screen. 

 . Then, move to the Settings option. 

 . Next, you have to select the Privacy, search, and services. 

 . Now, scroll down and select Choose What to Clear under the Clear Browsing Data section.

 . Click on the cookies and other site data, then choose the cached images and files option, and then click on Clear Now.  

 . Once done, you need to log into your My BT account again. 

 . After that, see if you are able to complete the login process now.
