New Folder in Yahoo Mail on iPhone

Whenever you open Yahoo on your iPhone, all you see is a cluttered inbox. Those overflowing messages, receipts, and newsletters make you feel seriously annoyed. The annoyance increases when it becomes impossible to find that one important email. It takes a lot of your time, and you don’t want that.

Things can be easier if you send all your messages to a new folder. When you have a separate folder for your Yahoo emails, everything will be organized.

Before you create your new folder, check your iPhone's storage and your internet connection. Confirm whether the Yahoo app is up to date.

Follow the given steps to create a new folder in Yahoo:

  • Open Yahoo Mail on your phone.

  • Tap on the Inbox tab at the top of the screen.

  • From the Folder section, tap on the “Create new folder” option.

  • Type in the name of your choice in the field, and tap on the Save option.

Once the folder is created, you can move your preferred messages into that folder. These are the steps to follow:

  • Go back to Yahoo Mail, open any email.

  • Tap on Move (at the bottom of the screen).

  • From here, you can move the email by selecting the folder you created.
