Solution 1: Disable Hardware Graphics Acceleration
Open your Outlook and click on File.
Choose Options from the sidebar.
Select Mail, then click on the Editor Options button.
Click on Advanced.
Scroll down and move to the Display section.
Select the “Disable hardware graphics acceleration” option and click OK.
Choose OK in the Outlook options window, too.
Solution 2: Unselect Add-ins
First, you should press the Windows + R buttons to open the Run dialogue box.
Enter the “Outlook/safe” and click OK.
Choose the OK button in the new Choose profile window.
Select the File tab in the top left corner of the screen.
Now, choose Options at the bottom left of the screen.
Select the Add-ins option.
Choose Manage, click on Go.
Then you need to unselect all the available Add-ins and click on OK.
Solution 3: Repair Application
Look for the APPWIZ.CPL, then open it.
Then move down and locate your Microsoft 365 – en-us.
Next, right-click on Microsoft and click on Change.
After that, select the Yes option.
Choose the Quick Repair radio button.
On the next prompt, click on the Repair button.
Then the repairing process will begin.
Once the repair is complete, see if you are still having the Outlook issue.
