BTinternet or BT Mail provides the flexibility to send/receive emails and manage them with utmost ease. Due to BT Mail's awesome features and easy-to-use interface, many people use it for personal and professional use.
However, some users might find it overwhelming to find the specific emails as the primary folder shows the contents of only the last two weeks. In addition, some emails get stored in other folders or deleted, making things more difficult. Are you also having problems finding the older emails in BT mail? There are two methods you can use. Read further to know!
Solution 1: Check “My Folder” in Outlook
. Start by logging into your BT Mail account.
. Then, choose the My Folders option from the left side panel.
. If you have set up a different folder, open that folder and see if you can find the old emails you are looking for.
. Now, select all the folders you have set up.
Solution 2: Inspect the Trash Folder
. First, launch any web/internet browser on your device and access the official BT mail login page.
. Now, type your ID and Password and select the option Log in to My BT.
. Once the sign-in process is complete, click on the Trash folder option.
. Look for the old emails and check if you can find them there.
If these two methods are unable to retrieve your old emails, then try recovering the deleted emails. It would also be helpful to access more resources and get additional help if necessary.
