How to Cancel an AOL Account?

Cancel on PC

  . Go to your browser and visit the AOL My Account website.

  . Then, you should click on My Profile in the sidebar. Scroll down to the Username or Email section, and click on Delete.

  . When you are on the "Sorry to see you go" page, enter your email address and choose "Yes, delete this account." 

Cancel on Phone

  . On your smartphone device, open the AOL app. 

  . On the app, select the AOL icon in the top-left corner, then open Manage Accounts.

  . Then tap on the Account info under the account you'd like to delete.

  . After that, you should choose the Delete account option, then enter your passcode to start the process.

  . When you are on the AOL sign-in page, enter your username, email address, or phone number and select Next.

  . Enter your password and click on Next again.

  . Select the Continue, delete my account button, then type the email address once again and tap on Yes, delete this account.

  . Finally, the process will be complete.
